- Pipes are randomly batch-tested for physical parameters, such as mass, diameter, length & surface finish.
- Each and every pipe is subject to a Hydraulic test & random samples are tested at 750 PSI for long durations.
- Random samples are drawn and subjected to Bend tests at 90°C and 180°C in cold conditions.
- Random samples are also subjected to Tensile and elongation tests.
- Expansion tests for sockets are also carried out.
